Qualifications

• 5-10 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition.
• 5+ years in biopharma/Life Sciences industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans for RPO engagements.
• Identify resources and define team metrics.
• Maintain awareness of sourcing strategies to improve client outcomes.
• Apply staffing méthodology and review team deliverables for quality.
