BGBx, a consulting partner, seeks an Associate Consultant to support engagements with research, analysis, and deliverables. You’ll work on teams, engage with senior leaders, and help shape client presentations.

This campus-recruiting role targets May 2027 and June 2027 graduates, with hybrid work options in Washington, DC, NYC, or Boston. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement at a four-year college or university.
• 0-2 years of prior relevant internship or project-based work experience in strategy consulting or market research.
• Able to work in teams with excellent communication, confidence, and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Have direct access to clients and senior-level leadership.
• Distill actionable insights from research using quantitative techniques and analytic frameworks.
• Communicate conclusions to clients through creative and impactful presentations.
• Be supported by a peer network of leaders throughout engagements.
