BGBx in the United States is seeking a Manager to lead projects, manage people, and deliver results to clients in the life sciences consulting space. You will oversee day-to-day operations, provide strategic direction, and coach junior staff as needed.

Minimum 6+ years in consulting or data analytics, advanced degree preferred, strong problem solving, communication, and Excel/PowerPoint proficiency. Travel about 20% is expected; compensation ranges from $198,000 to $214,000 plus bonus and

Qualificações

• 6+ years of work experience in consulting, data analytics, or other relevant areas within the life sciences
• An advanced degree or educational experience is highly desired
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication and quantitative skills, and a team contributor
• An interest in and desire to learn about the constantly evolving healthcare industry
• Good project management, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional literacy in Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness or ability to travel as needed (20% on average)

• Provides sound guidance to project teams and leadership, leveraging strong analytical thinking skills and content knowledge
• Begins to develop specific expertise, based on experience, project work, and interest
• Fully owns the development & delivery of high quality, rigorously QC’d, and well organized content
• Supervises day-to-day operations, brainstorming with leadership to identify future strategic opportunities
