BGBx Consulting is seeking a Manager, Life Sciences Strategy Consulting to manage multiple engagements and coach consultants. The role includes project scheduling, directing teams, and engaging with clients across pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

Hybrid work in Washington, D.C., New York City, or Boston, with opportunities to contribute to business development and strategy for leading life sciences clients.

Competenze

• 5-6 years of strategy consulting or equivalent project-based work.
• B.S./B.A. in Science, Health, or Business from a top university
• Ph.D. or Master’s degree preferred
• Healthcare experience in consulting, pharma, biotech, or medical devices
• Experience leading workstreams and presenting to senior leaders
• Strong written and verbal communication; client-facing skills
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required

Mansioni

• Manage multiple engagements from start to finish, including schedules, guiding team members, and client interaction.
• Lead small project teams, provide direction and coaching for research and client presentations.
• Support business development by delivering high-quality work and building client relationships.
• Serve as a strategy partner to clients and senior officers of the firm.
• Act as a key contact between the team, senior officers, and clients.
