Job summary

Veeva Systems, a mission-driven SaaS leader in life sciences, is seeking a high-performing professional to join the Crossix team in New York. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to drive adoption of audience-targeting solutions and deliver measurable commercial impact.

The role requires 2+ years of experience at a DSP, media platform, or agency, with a proven track record in project delivery and client-facing work.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the digital ecosystem with 2+ years of experience at a DSP, Media platform, or Agency.
• High-performing individual contributor with a track record of project management and execution excellence.
• Client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Request new segment builds using internal processes and tools, working with internal Operations and Production teams
• Answer and track inbound segment requests from customers
• Analyze segment performance to help merchandise success and make optimization improvements
• Learn and understand client strategy, applying them to enable customer success across defined customer accounts
• Ensure we exceed client expectations
