Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is looking for a Service Coordinator in Deer Park, IL to support Field Service Engineers through active dispatch of customer work orders. This on-site role coordinates installs, PM visits, parts orders, and moves, reporting to the Service Coordination Manager on the Deer Park team.

You will balance priorities, communicate with customers and FSEs, and seek schedule optimizations to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3+ years customer service experience or Associate’s degree with 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated analytical skills: ability to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch customer work orders across assigned territories with FSEs and management.
• Manage changing priorities, scheduling repairs, PMs, installations, parts, and moves.
• Identify opportunities to optimize schedules and maximize field team efficiency.
