Just in Time GCP is seeking a Project Manager to lead client-facing, cross-functional projects in the life sciences sector. You will manage scope, budget, and timelines per the SOW, while developing executive-ready documentation and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in life sciences or related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience in life sciences or related field.
• Proven track record managing complex, client-facing projects with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations related to clinical trial documentation (TMF) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and translate needs into actionable plans.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Manage scope, budget, and timelines per SOW; escalate risks as needed.
• Develop and maintain project documentation (schedules, status reports, exec updates).
• Support team execution by clarifying responsibilities and guiding deliverables.
• Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements.
