Job summary

Just in Time GCP is seeking a Project Manager to lead client-facing, cross-functional projects in the life sciences sector. You will manage scope, budget, and timelines per the SOW, while developing executive-ready documentation and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in life sciences or related field.
  • 4+ years of project management experience in life sciences or related field.
  • Proven track record managing complex, client-facing projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory expectations related to clinical trial documentation (TMF) is a plus.

We're currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team of experts delivering high-quality support across the life sciences industry.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you'll contribute to our mission of helping clients build strong, inspection-ready systems and processes. Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, translating needs into actionable plans and maintaining consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Leading cross-functional project teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of project outcomes
  • Managing project scope, budget, and timelines in alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW), and escalating risks or changes as needed
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and executive updates
  • Supporting project team execution by clarifying responsibilities, offering guidance, and contributing to the development of high-quality client deliverables
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless execution and identify opportunities for process improvement
What You Bring

We're looking for someone who brings a combination of expertise, initiative, and collaboration. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant project management experience in life sciences or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience managing complex, client-facing projects with cross-functional internal teams
  • A strong foundation in clinical operations and a working knowledge of the drug development process
  • Familiarity with TMF systems and regulatory expectations related to clinical trial documentation
  • The ability to lead project execution while providing hands-on support with deliverable development
  • Experience supporting change management efforts, including stakeholder coordination, training logistics, and communication planning
  • A proactive, consultative approach to client service with strong communication and problem-solving skills
