Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Program Manager, Life Sciences Customer Delivery for the United States. This role leads technology-enabled program delivery across clinical research and healthcare studies, coordinating customers, study teams, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.

You will drive on-time delivery while managing risks, quality, and performance, and help scale processes to improve satisfaction and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project/implementation management, clinical operations, or customer delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from study startup through completion with plans, timelines, budgets, scope and readiness.
• Coordinate onboarding, implementation planning, device management, site activation, testing, deployment and launch readiness.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, blockers, changes; drive resolution and escalate when needed.
• Train site personnel and stakeholders on software platforms, data capture workflows, and best practices.
• Develop training materials, guides, onboarding resources, and repeatable delivery playbooks.
• Lead onboarding sessions, workshops, status meetings and customer reviews.
• Act as primary operational contact, building trusted relationships with sponsors and study teams.
• Manage expectations around scope, timelines, deliverables, and changes; handle escalations to resolution.
• Coordinate data review workflows with Success and Ops teams; track throughput and quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research to translate requirements into delivery plans.
• Maintain project documentation, study records, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and workflows for scalable delivery.
