Job summary

Just in Time GCP is seeking a Project Manager to join our Just in Time GCP Team, delivering high-quality life sciences support. The role focuses on managing client projects, maintaining clear communication, and guiding cross-functional teams through scope, budget, and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in project management within life sciences, a solid understanding of clinical operations, and experience with TMF documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years of project management experience in life sciences or related field
  • Proven experience managing complex, client-facing projects with cross-functional teams
  • Strong foundation in clinical operations and drug development processes
  • Familiarity with TMF systems and regulatory documentation expectations
  • Ability to lead execution while providing hands-on support with deliverables
  • Experience supporting change management, stakeholder coordination, training logistics, and communications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact, translating needs into actionable plans and maintaining communication through the project lifecycle
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of outcomes
  • Manage scope, budget, and timelines per the SOW and escalate risks or changes as needed
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including schedules and status updates
  • Support project team execution by clarifying responsibilities and contributing to deliverables
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution and identify process-improvement opportunities

We’re currently looking for aProject Manager to join our team of experts delivering high-quality support across the life sciences industry.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll contribute to our mission of helping clients build strong, inspection-ready systems and processes. Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, translating needs into actionable plans and maintaining consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Leading cross-functional project teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of project outcomes
  • Managing project scope, budget, and timelines in alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW), and escalating risks or changes as needed
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and executive updates
  • Supporting project team execution by clarifying responsibilities, offering guidance, and contributing to the development of high-quality client deliverables
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless execution and identify opportunities for process improvement

  • Familiarity with TMF systems and regulatory expectations related to clinical trial documentation
  • The ability to lead project execution while providing hands‑on support with deliverable development
  • Experience supporting change management efforts, including stakeholder coordination, training logistics, and communication planning
  • A proactive, consultative approach to client service with strong communication and problem‑solving skills
