Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect to lead end-to-end functional design within a Life Sciences program. You will run requirements sessions, translate business processes into platform solutions, and guide a team of analysts and configurators under senior architectural direction.

You will collaborate with client business owners and product owners, shaping solutions while navigating regulatory requirements and industry best practices for Life Sciences engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience in a functional design or solution consulting role.
• Experience delivering Salesforce Life Sciences solutions for regulated industries.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 6 years if Associate's degree.
• Familiarity with Life Sciences Patient services workflows and MSL engagement.
• Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional solution design for a Salesforce Life Sciences workstream under architecture guidance.
• Lead design workshops with client stakeholders and translate outcomes into user stories.
• Configure and demonstrate Salesforce Life Sciences capabilities and validate decisions with stakeholders.
• Guide analysts and configurators, review deliverables, and ensure quality across workstreams.
• Support testing, data migration, training, deployment, and user adoption post go‑live.
• Contribute to proposals, demonstrations, and reusable accelerators for the Life Sciences practice.
