Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect to lead end‑to‑end functional design within a Life Sciences program. You will run requirements sessions, translate business processes into platform solutions, and guide a team of analysts and configurators to delivery.

You will partner with technical leads to ensure designs are buildable and scalable across the program. You bring hands‑on Life Sciences domain knowledge, especially around commercial operations, patient services

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Salesforce functional design or solution consulting.
• Experience delivering Salesforce Life Sciences or regulated industry projects.
• Experience with Life Sciences patient services is a plus.
• Hands-on design leadership and client workshop facilitation.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional design for a Salesforce Life Sciences workstream within the program.
• Lead client workshops, translate outcomes into user stories and specs.
• Configure Salesforce Life Sciences capabilities and build prototypes.
• Document trade-offs and escalate cross-workstream decisions.
• Collaborate with technical leads to ensure buildable designs.
• Coach and review work of analysts and offshore team members.
• Contribute to architecture governance and design reviews.
• Support testing, data migration, training, and post go-live adoption.
• Assist in proposals, demonstrations, and accelerators for the practice.
