Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect to lead end-to-end design within a larger Life Sciences program. You will partner with client owners, guide functional analysts, and coordinate with technical leads to deliver scalable platform solutions.

You bring hands-on Life Sciences knowledge—commercial, patient services and medical affairs—and apply it to challenge assumptions and drive better outcomes. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience in a functional design, business analysis or solution consulting capacity.
• Minimum of 3 years delivering Salesforce solutions for Life Sciences or regulated industries.
• Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce Life Sciences Patient services experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 12 years total if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional solution design for a Salesforce Life Sciences workstream within overall architecture guidance.
• Lead design workshops with client stakeholders and translate outcomes into stories and specs.
• Configure and demonstrate Life Sciences capabilities, building prototypes and leading walkthroughs.
• Make day-to-day design decisions, document trade-offs, and elevate cross-workstream choices.
• Coach and review junior analysts and offshore team members, ensuring deliverable quality.
• Support testing, data migration, deployment activities and user adoption post go-live.
