RSM is a leading provider of professional services to the middle market globally, empowering clients and people to realize their full potential. We are looking for an Associate in Management Consulting, Revenue Growth & Operations to support life sciences pricing projects.

You’ll work with consultants on projects for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, building pricing models and analyses for AMP, Best Price, and ASP, while developing client relationships and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years of professional consulting experience or relevant industry experience.
• Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex business problems through fact gathering, business process mapping and data analysis.
• Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, and organization skills.
• Client service and relationship building skills.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced consultants on projects for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, helping them understand how drug pricing, discounts, and rebates affect their revenue (Gross-to-Net).
• Support the team's Gross-to-Net and Government Pricing work, including helping prepare materials and insights that show clients how we can help them.
• Help build pricing models and analyses for key government price points, such as AMP, Best Price, and ASP.
• Contribute to projects that help clients set up and run pricing programs that meet government and commercial requirements.
• Use analytical skills (Excel, data analysis, or financial modeling) to dig into client data and help uncover meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with your project team and build relationships with clients, with plenty of opportunities to grow your communication skills and gain exposure to senior client leaders.
