Job summary
RSM US LLP is seeking a Manager in Management Consulting, Life Sciences to lead engagements for Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology clients, focusing on GTN revenue analytics, government pricing analytics, and pricing strategy.
You will guide cross-functional teams, develop pricing methodologies, and advise on regulatory pricing requirements while expanding client relationships and business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of professional consulting experience or relevant industry experience.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel 50% or more.
- Strong verbal and written communication and project management skills.
- Willingness to work in a team and independently.
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting engagements for Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology clients, focusing on GTN revenue analytics and pricing.
- Provide SME guidance on Gross-to-Net and Government Pricing.
- Lead cross-functional transformations across Managed Markets, Finance, and Medical Affairs.
- Develop and implement market access and pricing strategies.
- Oversee price modeling and impact analyses for government price points.
- Support clients in compliant government and commercial programs.
