RSM US LLP in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Supervisor in Management Consulting's Life Sciences practice to lead GTN and government pricing engagements for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, develop pricing strategies, model government price points, and help clients comply with price transparency laws while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of professional consulting experience or relevant industry experience.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to analyze data to solve complex problems.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage client relationships effectively.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%+.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements for Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology clients focusing on GTN revenue analytics and government pricing, contract and channel valuation, compliance assessments.
• Provide subject matter guidance on Gross-to-Net and Government Pricing, including go-to-market responsibilities for related services.
• Lead cross-functional transformations across Managed Markets, Finance, and Medical Affairs functions against industry best practices and requirements.
• Develop and implement market access and pricing strategies.
• Oversee development, deployment, and maintenance of price modeling for government price points and related analyses.
• Lead and assist clients in operationalizing compliant government and commercial programs, focusing on pricing development and reporting.
• Advise clients on price transparency reporting requirements.
• Utilize data analytics and financial modeling to evaluate client financial data.
• Manage teams through requirements gathering, use case development, testing, and training.
• Communicate effectively with engagement teams and client executives to maintain strong relationships.
• Lead business development, proposals, and marketing content.
• Oversee engagement economics including budgeting, pricing, and margin management.
