RSM is seeking an Associate in Management Consulting within the Revenue Growth & Operations practice to help support pricing programs for Life Sciences clients. You will work with seasoned consultants on GTN, AMP, Best Price, and ASP analyses, and assist in building pricing models and government pricing analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of professional consulting experience or relevant industry experience.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, and organization skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel 25–50%+.

Responsabilités

• Work with experienced consultants on projects for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, understanding how drug pricing, discounts, and rebates affect revenue (Gross-to-Net).
• Support Gross-to-Net and Government Pricing work, preparing materials and insights for clients.
• Help build pricing models and analyses for government price points (AMP, Best Price, ASP).
• Contribute to projects that set up and run pricing programs meeting government and commercial requirements.
• Use analytical skills (Excel, data analysis, financial modeling) to derive insights from client data.
• Collaborate with project team and engage with clients to grow communication with senior leaders.
