You will influence C-suite discussions, develop thought leadership, and mentor teams while expanding market offerings in Life Sciences R&D.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined Life Sciences R&D strategy or transformation experience.
• Proven track record leading strategy engagements with measurable outcomes.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and senior R&D stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI, data, and digital technologies in biopharma.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R&D strategy engagements from framing to delivery with measurable impact.
• Advise on transformation priorities: strategy, portfolio management, AI integration.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations and roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
• Grow senior client relationships across biopharma R&D functions.
• Originate opportunities, shape proposals, and contribute to pipeline growth.
