Job summary

Accenture is seeking an R&D-focused strategy consultant to help biopharmaceutical and biotechnology clients design, build, and deploy data-driven solutions.

You will analyze current R&D strategies, processes, and technology landscapes, advising on next-generation capabilities and operating models to become AI-enabled organizations, while coaching junior team members and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in management consulting and the life sciences R&D industry in at least one of the specified areas such as research, clinical development, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, medical affairs, MD&D, EBP, medtech, or related CROs/health institutions.

Responsibilities

• Help clients and broader healthcare ecosystem get the right therapies to patients faster.
• Analyze clients’ current R&D strategies, processes, and technology landscape.
• Advise on shaping next-generation capabilities and operating models to become data-driven, AI-enabled organizations.
• Design and deploy change management projects for long-term success.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders to become a trusted partner.
• Coach junior team members.
• Spot and pursue business development opportunities.
• Develop Accenture’s thought leadership in sales, marketing, and customer experience.
