You have 8+ years in Life Sciences R&D strategy, a track record of senior stakeholder influence, and a strong BD background. Travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Life Sciences R&D strategy or transformation.
• Experience leading strategy engagements with measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to present to C-suite/SVP/VP-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI, data, digital technologies in biopharma.
• Track record in business development and client relationships.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex R&D strategy engagements from framing through delivery.
• Advise on priorities: strategy, portfolio, data/AI, operating model.
• Develop and present strategic roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery excellence on large-scale engagements.
• Grow senior client relationships across biopharma R&D.
• Partner with broader Accenture teams for tailored engagements.
• Originate opportunities, lead proposals, drive pipeline growth.
• Identify adjacent opportunities across the R&D value chain.
• Represent Accenture's R&D strategy viewpoint in briefings & forums.
• Develop thought leadership and reusable offerings.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to performance management.
