Job summary

Welo Life Sciences, a Welo Global brand, expands its non-Linguistic Quality Control team and seeks detail-obsessed QC specialists to join a high-visibility program with steady daily volume. You will perform QA of translations into English for pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and clinical content, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have experience with clinical/regulatory documents or pharmacovigilance content, proficient with CAT tools (XTM preferred) and QA checks, and

Qualifications

• Must have CAT tool experience (XTM, Trados, MemoQ, Phrase or similar).
• Experience with QA checks: Xbench, Verifika, or CAT-integrated QA.
• Experience using Track Changes in Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform Quality Control of translations into English for pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and clinical content.
• Validate formatting, numbers, dates, units, terminology, and adherence to instructions.
• Support processing of non-editable/handwritten sources and perform formatting QC after conversion.
• Self-assign work via Open Offers and meet urgent TATs (12–24 hours).
• Handle high volume across many small files and report discrepancies.
• Cross-collaborate with PMs and escalate risks promptly.
