QCS Staffing Ltd is seeking a Project Manager for a US-based, Ohio, 12-month contract in Life Sciences. The role focuses on owner-side oversight of major construction activities on a multi-billion-dollar facility project in Ohio.

The candidate will monitor contractor performance, review technical docs, and coordinate resolutions to field issues, ensuring schedule, safety, and contractual compliance. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Extensive experience in construction management or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide owner-side oversight of Core, Shell & Architectural construction activities.
• Monitor contractor performance, schedule, quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and other technical construction documentation.
• Evaluate field issues and coordinate appropriate parties to drive issues to resolution.
• Review and provide technical/commercial feedback on change orders.
