Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd is seeking an Automation Project Manager to support a major pharmaceutical build in Ohio. You will lead deployment and readiness across sites, collaborating with Automation Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and vendors to keep the program on track.

The role requires strong governance, risk and dependency management, and the ability to communicate milestones and leadership updates clearly across multiple organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical, engineering, infrastructure, automation, or manufacturing projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate large cross-functional teams.
• Strong track record in risk, issue, action, and dependency management.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate automation project activities, ensuring deployment and readiness across multiple sites.
• Establish and maintain project governance, including action tracking, risk mitigation and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Automation Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Equipment Vendors and Programme Management.
• Oversee readiness planning and deployment activities for automation platforms, infrastructure, equipment and manufacturing operations.
• Prepare and present project status updates, readiness dashboards, milestone reports and leadership communications.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and accountability, ensuring actions, risks, issues and dependencies are effectively managed through to completion.
