Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd is seeking a Construction Director to lead a major US Life Sciences program in North Carolina on an initial 12-month contract. You will shape strategy, governance, and delivery across the construction lifecycle, from design through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven construction management leadership on large pharma or regulated facilities.
• Experience delivering projects over $500M+ in value.
• GMP facility experience including cleanrooms and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the overall construction programme.
• Partner with Project Director and client stakeholders to set strategy and ensure Stage 4 readiness.
• Develop and maintain Construction Execution Strategy and governance frameworks.
• Lead construction participation during design to ensure constructability and safety.
