Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd is seeking a Project Manager for the US North Carolina region on an initial 12-month contract in Life Sciences. The role focuses on planning and delivering capital projects across engineering, procurement and operations, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and budget alignment.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities among vendors, contractors and stakeholders, managing FAT/SAT, commissioning, qualification and handover, and maintaining rigorous documentation and punch

Qualifications

Experience delivering capital projects in life sciences, pharma, or manufacturing environments.
Extensive lifecycle delivery: planning, risk management, contractor coordination, FAT/SAT, commissioning, qualification, handover.
Experience managing vendors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of capital projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders with regular progress updates and risk reporting.
Manage package delivery through FAT, SAT, commissioning, qualification, and handover with documentation and punch-list completion.
Drive vendor and contractor performance, ensuring quality, schedule, compliance, and asset handover.
