Job summary

PSC Biotech Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional readiness initiatives in a regulated life sciences setting. You will coordinate action plans, track milestones, manage risks, and provide governance for assigned initiatives to ensure on-time delivery.

You will drive alignment across Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain, facilitating issue resolution and ensuring proper documentation and reporting throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or related life sciences.
• 3-7 years of project management experience within the regulated Life Sciences industry.
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, risk management, issue tracking, dependency management, and status reporting.
• Excellent facilitation, accountability, and action-item closure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track readiness-related actions with deviations, CAPAs, and operational improvements.
• Facilitate action planning meetings and align stakeholders on priorities and timelines.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and due dates to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and elevate project risks, barriers, and unresolved issues.
• Lead cross-functional triage and resolution sessions for critical challenges.
• Track corrective actions and maintain visibility through reports and dashboards.
• Support inspection readiness activities with evidence collection and documentation.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
