Job summary

Arcadia is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Life Sciences to bridge product strategy and engineering in healthcare data products. You will own the technical depth of the product lifecycle, balance customer value with business outcomes, and work hands-on with data pipelines, APIs, and data models.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and operations to deliver increments on a regular cadence, establish metrics, and mentor teams while maintaining a focus on platform

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of product management experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven track record taking products from requirements through SDLC to launch.
• Experience with healthcare data, health-tech, or complex B2B data/SaaS is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with data architecture and API design.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for a defined portfolio within Arcadia's platform, partnering with embedded engineering teams through the full SDLC.
• Translate business goals, customer needs, and technical realities into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and well-scoped increments engineering can execute against.
• Engage deeply with engineering on data pipelines, data models, and enrichment.
• Run and participate in agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, incident/RCA reviews.
• Deconstruct ambiguous goals into MVPs and deliverable increments; adjust scope based on technical constraints and customer feedback.
• Use SQL and product instrumentation to validate hypotheses and prioritize decisions.
• Replicate, triage, and help troubleshoot complex product issues alongside engineering.
• Communicate roadmap progress and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with design, operations, commercial, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure adoption and measurable value.
• Balance shipping new capabilities with managing technical debt, performance, and scalability.
