Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior-level consultant to lead patient services programs for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients. You will manage client expectations, grow revenues with existing relationships, and oversee multiple projects with varying scopes while mentoring colleagues.

You will help shape new offerings in a leadership role and work across the Patient Services team to ensure strategic impact and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related course of study.
• 10 years of Life Sciences consulting experience or blend of consulting & industry experience.
• Subject matter expertise in patient services programs and regulatory issues.
• Experience managing components of projects and supervising others.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, Access).
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the US up to 33%.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage client relationships; act as trusted advisor for key client strategy.
• Develop business with new buyers within key client accounts.
• Identify and evaluate risk for Guidehouse and client relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects of varying size; ensure quality and value.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Guidehouse personnel.
• Identify opportunities for new offerings and firm-building activities.
