Job summary

Valeris seeks a Program Manager to serve as the main client liaison, steering programs from initiation through delivery while maintaining scope, schedule, and budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and develop strategic guidance to maximize program performance and brand value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment within a collaborative team.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client relationship manager and drive program execution within scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and invoices; ensure accurate billing per SOW.
• Lead weekly client meetings and document decisions and action items.
• Prepare quarterly and annual program reviews and dashboards.
