Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager in the United States to act as the primary client relationship manager and drive program execution, account management, and financial oversight. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget, while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include leading weekly client meetings, tracking KPIs, managing invoicing, and ensuring accurate dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing or healthcare/pharma; graduate degree or certifications including PMP preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• PMP or additional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure program execution within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and KPI tracking to ensure financial oversight and program performance.
• Lead weekly client meetings, document minutes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
