You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, mentor consultants, and steer complex engagements with a focus on measurable outcomes, governance, and sustainable impact in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Regulated Manufacturing, Life Sciences
• Proven ability to lead multi-year transformation programs
• Experience shaping AI-driven, value-based transformations
• Ability to influence senior executives on strategic decisions
• Trusted advisor with strong stakeholder management andcommunication skills
• Experience in enterprise-scale process management and governance
