• Act as a chief process authority, setting standards, best practices, and reference models for process design and transformation.
• Translate complex strategic challenges into coherent process architectures and transformation roadmaps.
• Advise executive stakeholders on business innovation, value-based transformation, and operating model evolution.
• Evaluate industry and technology trends to shape future-ready process strategies and guide portfolio decisions.
• Define success metrics, value drivers, and governance models for measurable outcomes.
