Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business process transformation initiatives for Life Sciences (Biopharma) customers.
• Translate objectives, strategic priorities and requirements into fit-to-standard business processes aligned with SAP best practices.
• Ensure quality and effectiveness of process designs within your scope, enabling operational readiness and measurable value.
• Lead discovery, design workshops, solution design and implementation support for BPM initiatives.
• Define and validate KPIs and value drivers to support business cases and value realization.
