Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed (Value Acceleration) Consultant for Life Sciences AI. You will own roadmaps for process blueprints, design scalable AI-native solutions, and partner with Life Sciences teams to transform regulated workflows with automation.

You will translate business needs into actionable PRDs, manage backlogs, and ensure successful delivery across Enterprise clients using Agile practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

3 to 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Process Automation, Business Analysis, or Solutions Consulting.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for Life Sciences process blueprints and AI-native accelerators.
Own the feature lifecycle for Life Sciences blueprint components from discovery through launch and iteration.
Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities across Life Sciences workflows, including HCP/HCO engagement, field force, clinical operations, and revenue cycle.
Map and analyze customer requirements with Life Sciences stakeholders to design AI-native solutions.
Build blueprints and workflow automations using Agentforce and Life Sciences Cloud capabilities.
Translate goals into PRDs and acceptance criteria; manage backlogs and sprints using Agile methods.
Document architecture and provide go-live readiness guidance across Hub accounts.
