Job summary

Accenture is seeking a consultant to drive large-scale Planning Transformation programs within Life Sciences, delivering end-to-end project execution across pharmaceutical, biotech, and MedTech clients. The role emphasizes AI-enabled transformation, strong stakeholder communications, and building Accenture’s Planning capability.

Travel up to 75% is expected. Applicants should have 3+ years in supply chain initiatives, experience in integrated planning, and exposure to Life Sciences platforms;

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on Integrated Planning initiatives.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Biopharma, Medical Devices/Med Tech, CDMO/CMO, or Life Sciences sectors.
• Minimum 1 year of external consulting or 2 years in-manager level internal consulting within industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery of business and technology transformations using deep industry expertise in Planning and AI-enabled work.
• Understand business value levers for Planning reinvention across industries and value chains.
• Build and apply technical and organizational knowledge to support opportunities with clients.
• Engage deeply in project delivery, lead work products, and mentor others.
• Communicate effectively to manage internal and external relationships with delivery excellence.
• Support development of the practice and people, plus day-to-day project execution.
• Assist delivery of generative AI and agent-based modeling to accelerate scalable planning use cases.
