Accenture is seeking a Life Sciences Supply Chain and Operations professional to help biopharma and med tech clients implement end-to-end planning across supply networks.

You will lead IBP, demand and supply planning, S&OE, inventory optimization, and digital enablement, applying regulatory knowledge and GMP context to improve availability and accelerate value.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of regulatory environments in life sciences industry (biopharma/med tech)
• Experience with integrated planning frameworks (IBP/S&OP)
• Knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization
• Familiarity with GMP-compliant, patient-centric supply chains

Responsibilities

• Lead IBP cycles including demand review, supply review, portfolio review, and executive S&OP
• Develop and implement demand and supply planning processes for life sciences products
• Translate IBP decisions into short-horizon S&OE execution plans and align CMOs
• Optimize multi-echelon inventory considering shelf life, retest dating, and regulatory hold periods
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and planning cycles using AI-enabled tools
• Define and track KPIs such as OTIF and forecast accuracy
