Job summary

Accenture is seeking a consultant to drive Planning Transformation across the Life Sciences sector, delivering end-to-end programs for pharmaceutical, biotech, and MedTech clients. The role emphasizes AI-enabled planning and scalable, executive-ready insights.

Travel is required (0–75%), with opportunities to work across global projects and leverage Accenture’s Planning capability. A strong consulting background and experience in integrated planning are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Integrated Planning initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Life Sciences sectors (Biopharma, MedTech, CDMO/CMO) or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA or advanced degree a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale planning transformation programs end-to-end.
• Lead project delivery, mentor teammates, and manage client relationships.
• Apply AI-enabled planning approaches and industry knowledge to create value.
• Translate complex technical outputs into executive-ready insights and scalable solutions.
