Job summary

Accenture is seeking a consultant to drive end-to-end Planning Transformation within Life Sciences, delivering large-scale programs across Pharmaceuticals, Biotech and MedTech. Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Integrated Planning initiatives.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Life Sciences or adjacent sectors (Biopharma, Med Tech, CDMO/CMO).
Minimum of 1 year of external consulting experience or 2 years internal consulting at Manager level.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver large scale Planning Transformation programs end-to-end.
Lead and coach project teams, manage client relationships and value levers for Planning reinvention.
Apply technical, industry and functional knowledge to support sales and delivery efforts.
Engage in project delivery with hands-on work, prioritizing program outcomes.
Communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders with executive-ready insights.
Support development of AI-enabled planning capabilities and scalable solutions.
