Job summary

Accenture is seeking a consultant to drive large-scale Planning Transformation programs within its Supply Chain & Engineering practice for Life Sciences. You will own end-to-end delivery across pharma, biotech, MedTech and CDMO/CMO clients, applying AI-enabled approaches and industry expertise to redesign planning processes.

Travel is required (0–75%). The role emphasizes client engagement, analytics, and execution excellence across diverse Life Sciences clients globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain initiatives.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Integrated Planning initiatives.
• 2+ years in Life Sciences industries (Biopharma, Med Tech, CDMO/CMO).
• 1 year external consulting or 2 years internal consulting at Manager level or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree; 12 years of work experience; associate degree requires 6 years.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
• Exposure to planning platforms such as OMP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP IBP/S4, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder.
• Lean or Six Sigma qualifications.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
• Understanding of GxP and regulatory considerations in pharma manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery of business and technology transformations focusing on Planning and AI-enabled work.
• Understand value levers for Planning reinvention across pharma, biotech, MedTech and related sectors.
• Build knowledge to support selling opportunities with clients.
• Engage in project delivery, lead work products, and mentor others.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support development of practice and people in day-to-day delivery.
• Deliver generative AI and agent-based modeling to accelerate scalable Planning use cases.
