Job summary

Wavestone is seeking a Consulting Manager in Life Science Patient Experience to lead technology and transformation initiatives, focusing on operating models, digital enablement, and patient engagement. The role is based in Pittsburgh or NYC with opportunities to work across North America and beyond.

You will drive delivery, build client relationships, mentor teams, and contribute to business development across global engagements, with travel as needed and a focus on patient-centric platforms.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years’ consulting experience in Life Sciences with delivery of patient engagement solutions.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and clear communication skills.
• Experience delivering digital capabilities and operating model transformations.
• Proven track record in business development and account leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of consulting engagements for Life Sciences focusing on patient engagement strategy and operating model transformation.
• Manage cross-functional teams and act as day-to-day client lead.
• Lead large-scale client projects with P&L responsibility.
• Guide client engagements to direct solution development.
• Build client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor team members; talent recruitment.
• Develop governance programs and governance for programs.
• Participate in business development leads, proposals, meetings.
• Represent the firm at events.
