Job summary

Century Health is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive delivery for our life sciences and data partner engagements in New York. You will own the engagement from kickoff through renewal, coordinating data science, engineering and clinical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

You will lead customer meetings, define work plans and milestones, and align deliverables with scientific and operational goals, while exploring opportunities for expanded scope and repeat collaborations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in life sciences consulting or client-facing engagements with biopharma.
• Excellent with customers; lead meetings and build trust with medical, HEOR, and data science teams.
• Strong program management skills; manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
• Scientific fluency in study design, real-world data, and clinical concepts.
• Familiarity with real-world data sources such as EHR and claims data.
• Exceptional written communication; deliver clear plans with owners and dates.
• Fluent with AI tools to accelerate delivery.
• Low ego, high ownership; comfortable presenting to leadership and adjusting plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead each engagement from kickoff through delivery: build the work plan, set milestones, and meet deadlines.
• Be the day-to-day point of contact for customers, run status meetings, send updates, and resolve issues before they escalate.
• Bring together data science, engineering, and clinical teams to meet the customer’s scientific and operational needs.
• Align with customers on deliverables, including cohort definitions, data dictionaries, abstraction guidelines, data transfer, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage scope, timelines, and change requests with business development to ensure delivery matches commitments.
• Find opportunities to expand value and pursue renewals and follow-on studies.
• Build the delivery playbook with templates, project plans, and processes for scalable delivery.
