Job summary

Langham Logistics Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to lead our Life Sciences warehousing and distribution teams on the 2nd shift. You will drive performance, safety, quality and customer satisfaction while aligning with regulatory requirements and client expectations.

You will define goals, monitor KPIs, and champion continuous improvement through LEAN initiatives. Collaboration with senior leadership will push operational excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of operations management experience in warehousing/logistics.
• Experience in temperature-controlled or highly regulated environment.
• Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Materials Certification preferred.
• CDR licensure is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead all inbound and outbound Life Sciences warehouse operations.
• Manage operational metrics and benchmark performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, DSCSA and quality standards.
• Oversee budgets and drive Lean initiatives for process improvements.
• Coach and develop Warehouse Supervisors and staff; foster a high-performance culture.
