Job summary

Langham Logistics Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for its Life Sciences warehouse and distribution operations in the United States.

This 2nd shift role leads inbound and outbound activities Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, ensuring compliance with cGMP/GDP, FDA/DSCSA, and client requirements while delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Qualifications

B.S./B.A. in supply chain management or related field.
8–10 years of operations management in warehousing/logistics.
Experience in temperature-controlled or regulated environments.
Dangerous Goods/Hazmat certification preferred.
CDR licensure desired.

Responsibilities

Lead all inbound and outbound Life Sciences warehouse operations.
Manage operational metrics and benchmark performance indicators.
Ensure financial, quality, and supply performance aligned with customer expectations.
Identify areas for process improvement and support LEAN activities.
Ensure compliance with cGMP/GDP requirements; maintain audit readiness.
