You will be the primary authority on quality decisions affecting processes, policies, work instructions, and practices, interfacing directly with client quality counterparts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or other STEM field.
• 7–10 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Life Science Quality Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality unit for life science warehouses and distribution facilities.
• Interface with client quality counterparts and drive quality culture.
• Oversee audits/assessments and compliance with regulatory inspections.
• Manage resources, schedules and projects to achieve operational quality objectives.
• Direct reports or matrix team leadership for quality program.
• Engage in risk management and communicate changes impacting quality.
