EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead technology-enabled transformation for Life Sciences manufacturers, improving plant performance, quality, compliance, and supply reliability.

You will guide workstreams from assessment through design, implementation, testing, adoption, and stabilization, coordinating teams across MES/MOM, ERP, and data platforms in regulated environments while advancing analytics and AI use cases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business or related discipline.
7+ years of Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing technology, or related field.
Experience leading client-facing manufacturing/digital workstreams through design and deployment.
Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical-device regulated environments.
Translate needs into process, data, integration and testing deliverables.
GxP, data integrity and validation considerations in digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing life sciences manufacturing transformation workstreams with clear plans and outcomes.
Assess current-state production, quality processes, data flows, and site constraints.
Translate priorities into functional designs, acceptance criteria, and measurable improvements.
Develop functional designs for batch execution, electronic batch records, recipe management, and related capabilities.
Coordinate integration requirements across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, and OT/IT systems.
Define data mappings, master-data needs and interface specifications for analytics and AI use cases.
Support analytics and AI use cases with data readiness and workflow fit assessments.
Ensure GxP, data integrity, and validation requirements are reflected in deliverables.
Oversee configuration activities, testing, deployment readiness, training and cutover.
Facilitate cross-functional sessions across manufacturing, quality, IT/OT, and vendors.
Manage scope, schedule, resources, quality, risks; contribute to proposals.
Coach junior team members and capture reusable design patterns.
