Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trade shows and conferences (booth logistics, shipping, on-site support, lead capture) to build brand awareness.
• Coordinate creation of marketing content (white papers, website updates, collateral) by working with freelancers or agencies.
• Manage basic digital marketing tasks (LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, website maintenance, and performance tracking).
• Prepare early sales enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, lead tracking spreadsheets).
• Handle day-to-day project management, including promotional review/compliance coordination and asset organization.
• Support overall brand-building initiatives.
