This role ensures laboratory readiness, coordinates demo logistics, and assists with marketing events and executive support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related life sciences field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating laboratory or event activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support SVP with operational coordination and administrative activities.
• Assist with customer demonstrations, instrument setups, and lab readiness.
• Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, user meetings, and conferences.
• Maintain project and CRM records and traveler logistics.
