Job summary

Questex is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive event registrations and support the marketing team with email and social content. You will collaborate with event marketing, sales and leadership to reach attendance, sponsorship and revenue goals.

You will maintain event websites, manage social accounts for multiple events, and contribute to onsite experiences and activations while building audience insights in Life Sciences & Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, analytical and highly motivated.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, events or client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive event registrations through digital, social, partner channels and more.
• Support marketing with event messaging and email/social content.
• Track, optimize and report results for marketing initiatives.
• Maintain event websites and collaborate with teams across departments.
• Maintain social media accounts for events and drive registrations.
• Contribute to onsite experiences, sponsorships and activations.
• Develop audience personas and target messaging for events and digital properties.
