Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to drive daily marketing activities and brand representation. You will craft diverse content, manage social media, optimize website content with SEO, and support events and thought leadership efforts.

Collaboration with leadership ensures consistent, professional communications across channels. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in life sciences marketing, strong AP Style skills, and proficiency with HubSpot, WordPress, and analytics

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field.
2–4 years of marketing and communications experience, preferably in life sciences or healthcare B2B.
Excellent written and verbal communication, AP Style mastery.
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Create and manage marketing content including case studies, white papers, blog posts, emails and digital assets.
Develop and maintain an editorial content calendar aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce accurate, compelling content.
Coordinate content review workflows ensuring brand voice and compliance.
Manage social media activity (LinkedIn) and track performance.
Update website content via WordPress and apply SEO best practices.
Support conference logistics and thought leadership content development.
Build and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot and analyze performance.
