EY is hiring a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead technology-enabled transformation for Life Sciences clients anywhere in the United States. You will drive plant-performance improvements, quality, compliance and supply reliability, translating operational needs into scalable digital solutions.
The role requires strong collaboration across manufacturing, quality, IT/OT and data teams. The position focuses on defining workstreams, managing scope and risk, and delivering validated
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing technology, operational excellence, or related field.
Responsabilidades
- Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with clear plans and deliverables.
- Assess current-state production, quality processes, data needs, and site constraints.
- Translate priorities into process designs, requirements, and measurable improvements.
- Develop functional designs for batch execution, electronic batch records and related capabilities.
- Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, and OT/IT systems.
- Oversee testing, deployment readiness, training, and handover for your workstream.
